East to make and in just 20 minutes!

Prep Time: 20 minutes, not counting 2 hours marinade time for the meat

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Total Time: 30 minutes

Serves: 6

Ingredients:

16 oz Boneless beef sirloin steak, sliced thin

16 oz Any noodles, such as spaghetti, fettuccini, angel hair, or linguini (these can be gluten free)

4 teaspoons Grapeseed oil, divided. Use to brown the beef as well as sautéing the vegetables

1 Red bell pepper, sliced thin

1 Onion, sliced thin

Sesame seeds, to taste (optional)

Red pepper flakes, (optional)

For the vegetables there are so many options to choose from. Here are some of our favorites:

baby corn celery, sliced

mushrooms, sliced thin water chestnuts

green oinions, chopped carrots, sliced thin or julienne

broccoli, chopped cabbage, shredded

For the marinade, you only need a few ingredients. You will make this and then separate it in half. Using half to marinade and the other half for cooking. For the best flavor marinade the steak slices for at least 2 hours.

Marinade ingredients:

2/3 cups Soy sauce, to make this gluten free use Tamari (gf soy sauce)

2/3 cups Beef broth

2 tablespoons Brown Sugar

4 cloves Garlic. minced

2 teaspoons Ginger, minced

1 teaspoons Cornstarch

Directions:

1: Combine soy sauce, broth, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger in a small bowl. Mix well. Place half the mixture in a gallon-size storage bag, add sliced beef and seal (pressing out all the air), and put in the fridge for 2 hours.

2: Add cornstarch to the remaining mixture in the bowl and stir until smooth, cover and put in the fridge until ready to use.

3: Prepare noodles according to package directions. While the noodles are cooking, heat 2 teaspoons of oil in the skillet/wok over medium/high heat and add steak slices, discarding the excess marinade. Cook until browned then remove from pan and set aside.

4: Add remiaingin oil to the pan and stir-fry veggies of your choice until the onions become clear. Add shredded cabbage now if desired and add beef back to the pan until the cabbage becomes soft.

5: When the noodles are done, Darin and toss with beef/vegetable mixture, adding reserved sauce back to the mixtures. Toss until the noodles are nicely coated with the sauce.

6: Top with sesame seeds and red pepper flakes now if desired and serve immediately.
